Now there are companies like Yoga for Weddings that can come to you either leading up to your wedding day or the day of! Their focus is all about getting you to breath and relax making sure you enjoy your day. Yoga for Weddings is based in New York, but they do have a yoga instructor for Colorado.

Either way you will be de-stressing your wedding day. If yoga isn’t your thing look into a spa day. Massages are a great stress reliever. Because when it all comes down to it, its all about YOU getting pampered and relaxed! Also look into facials and body treatments, there’s nothing better than glowing skin the day of your wedding. If you haven’t been to a spa before get referrals from friends and family and start the process at least 4 to 6 weeks prior.
Make sure you have a consultation before hand because if you bruise easily you don’t want to have bruises on the day of your wedding.
