From their photographer, Laura Hernandez: After six months of chilly Chicago weather, Jillian and Kyle were looking for somewhere warm where they could sink their toes in the sand. The search along the coast of California began and they found the breathtaking scenery of Big Sur, something they could not resist. Not only to vacation, but to elope!
Arriving the day before the ceremony to a city they had never been before, they were both so calm, yet excited to start their journey as husband and wife. After an incredible first-look, we drove the 30 miles to Pfeiffer State Beach, where the magnificent sunset ceremony took place. How romantic!
