Red Clover. Red Clover is full of calcium and magnesium which is really important is you are looking to conceive. If you add in a little peppermint it becomes a sexual stimulant. If you don’t like peppermint add any other Mint leaf.
Red Raspberry. Wild Red Raspberry leaves are very high in calcium. Combined with Nettle and Red Clover you can make a effective fertility herb tea. Steep 1/2 ounce Red Raspberry, 1/2 ounce Red Clover and one ounce Nettle in one quart of hot water for 4 hours. Refrigerate the unused portion in an airtight container after cooling.
