We’re all know how important it is to get those pesky full servings of fruit and veggies everyday. I’ve been trying out different smoothies lately and thought I would share this one. If you are not a big Kale person don’t worry this is a great smoothie to hide that bitter taste!
It’s tasty, super-healthy, easy to make, and packed full of sweet tasting strawberries. The great thing I love about this particular recipe is that it is a great base to work from. Since finding the recipe I’ve added gala apples, peaches, and honey to it.
I tend to have have fresh produce around, so I haven’t made it with frozen fruits, but it works well either way! Enjoy.
